These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all websites, online services, digital platforms, applications, communications, interactive features, and downloads that are owned or operated by Becker Entertainment Pty Ltd (ACN 614 954 157) and its related bodies corporate (“Becker Entertainment”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Online Services”).
By accessing or using the Online Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms displayed on specific parts of the Online Services (“Additional Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Online Services.

1. About Becker Entertainment
Becker Entertainment is an Australian entertainment company engaged in film, television, digital content, and related creative industries. All Online Services are operated from our registered office at 1A Morts Road, Mortdale, NSW 2223, Australia unless otherwise stated.

- Warrant that you own or have the right to submit the User Content;
- Grant Becker Entertainment a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and communicate the User Content in connection with our business, to the extent permitted by law.
You retain ownership of your User Content. The handling and storage of User Content will comply with our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL.
4.2 Moral Rights
To the extent permitted by Australian law, you consent to Becker Entertainment using your User Content without attribution and without infringing your moral rights.
5. Privacy, Data Collection, and Cookies
Your use of the Online Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Online Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Online Services will be secure, error-free, or free from viruses.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Becker Entertainment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; and
- Our liability for breach of any non-excludable consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having the services resupplied.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Becker Entertainment against any loss, damage, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Online Services, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
